Dr. Vivek Vikram Singh, PhD
Scientist by training, strategist by practice.
Dr. Singh brings 15+ years across biopharma business development, competitive intelligence and international expansion. Most recently, as Vice President of Global Collaborations at ImmunoACT, a CAR-T company, he led a $150M, 20-year out-licensing deal across South Africa, Morocco and Algeria and set up international patient-access programmes with Oman's Ministry of Health and Türkiye's TÜSEB.
Before that, he led CI and strategy engagements for top-5 pharma clients at Deallus and, as Associate Director at WNS, built and led a 20+ person life sciences CI team for a Swiss pharma major. That team's work identified a $700M savings potential through a revised clinical development plan.
His foundation is scientific: a PhD in Regenerative Sciences from Hannover Medical School, postdoctoral research in cellular immunology at Chicago Medical School, and 10 peer-reviewed publications.
